With 25 years of construction experience and 20 years of dedicated service at Magnum Construct, Vasile Stoica has risen from site engineer to visionary leader of our £20 million enterprise. Vasile’s hands-on understanding of steelwork and logistics projects formed the foundation for his progressive leadership journey – from Project Director delivering landmark warehouses to Operations Director implementing our sustainable construction protocols.

Since becoming CEO, Vasile has championed our triple focus on innovative building solutions, workforce development, and ESG-compliant growth. His leadership has earned Magnum industry recognition including the 2022 Considerate Constructors Gold Award and shortlists for both the London Construction Awards and Building Magazine’s employer accolades. What truly defines Vasile’s approach is his belief that “exceptional construction requires equal parts technical excellence and human investment” – a philosophy evident in our apprenticeship programs and client partnerships across Greater London. Today, he continues steering Magnum’s evolution as one of the capital’s most trusted industrial builders while maintaining the site-level pragmatism that first shaped his career.
