Accounts Payable (Construction) - Full Time
Location: London (Hybrid)
Job Description:
Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes for our £40m construction portfolio. Process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, and ensure accurate payment runs while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Support month-end closing and audit processes.
Requirements:
- 2+ years AP experience in UK construction/engineering sector
- Proficiency with Sage 50 or similar accounting software
- CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) knowledge essential
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Excellent attention to detail
Office Junior/Administrator - Part Time
Location: London Office
Job Description:
Provide essential support to our construction teams with general office administration, document control, and coordination tasks. Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining project documentation while being the helpful face of our office operations.
Requirements:
- 1+ year office experience (construction environment preferred)
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment

Job Description:
Lead and supervise a team of groundworkers on commercial construction projects. Organise daily tasks, ensure work meets specifications, and maintain strict health & safety standards while coordinating with site management.
Requirements:
- CSCS Gold Supervisor card
- 3+ years groundworks experience
- Experience leading teams of 3-5 workers
- Ability to read construction drawings
- SSSTS certification preferred
Trainee Design Technician (AutoCAD) - Full Time
Location: London (Office/Site)
Job Description:
Learn to produce technical construction drawings under supervision while developing AutoCAD skills. Assist senior technicians with design coordination and gain hands-on experience across our commercial projects.
Requirements:
- BTEC/C&G in Construction or relevant A-Levels
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge (training provided)
- Strong maths and spatial awareness
- Willingness to learn construction detailing
- Some site experience beneficial
Site Manager (Operations) - Full Time/Contract
Location: London projects
Job Description:
Lead day-to-day operations on commercial construction projects (£2m+). Coordinate subcontractors, ensure HSEQ compliance, and maintain project timelines. Report to Project Manager while overseeing quality control and site documentation (RAMs, permits, progress reports).
Requirements:
- SMSTS + CSCS Black Card
- 5+ years UK commercial construction experience
- First Aid at Work certification
- Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations
- NEBOSH or IOSH managing safely preferred
Quantity Surveyor (Commercial) - Full Time
Location: London (Office/Site Hybrid)
Job Description:
Manage cost planning, tendering, and commercial risk for £5m+ commercial projects. Prepare valuations, assess variations, and ensure accurate cost reporting. Work closely with project teams to maximise profitability while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
- RICS/CIOB accredited degree or equivalent
- 3+ years QS experience in UK construction
- Expertise in JCT/NEC contracts
- Strong CostX/Causeway proficiency
- Excellent negotiation skills
Groundworker (Skilled Labour) - Full Time/Contract
Location: London/Southeast sites
Job Description:
Execute groundwork packages including drainage, foundations, and hard landscaping. Read drawings, set levels, and operate plant machinery (with appropriate tickets). Ensure all work meets specifications and health & safety standards.
Requirements:
- CSCS Skilled Worker card (Blue)
- NVQ Level 2 in Groundworks or equivalent
- CPCS plant tickets (excavator/dumper preferred)
- Experience with laser levels and setting out
- Knowledge of SHW Series 600
