With seven years of industry experience and four years at our company, Andrei Laslau has rapidly established himself as a rising talent in construction commercial management. Beginning his career as an assistant quantity surveyor with a major UK contractor, he developed robust foundations in cost control and contract administration across industrial and infrastructure projects before joining our team in 2021. His hands-on site experience and sharp commercial acumen have been instrumental in delivering profitable outcomes on complex builds.
Since joining as a Junior QS, Andrei’s progression to Commercial Manager reflects his exceptional grasp of modern contract frameworks and value engineering. He currently leads commercial operations for projects valued up to £4M, with particular expertise in NEC contracts and supply chain risk management. His analytical approach has consistently identified efficiency gains while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
